THE MAGNETIC HILL OF LADAKH

Magnet Hill is a so-called "gravity hill" located near Leh in LadakhIndia.
The “Hill” is located on the Leh-Kargil-Srinagar national highway, about 30 km from Leh, at a height of 11,000 feet above sea level. On its south side flows the Indus river, which originates in Tibet and goes to Pakistan. The magnetic hill has become a popular stop for domestic tourists on car journeys. The alignment of the road with the slope of the background can give the illusion that cars are able to drift upwards.
However 5 undergraduate students conducted investigation and their research proves gravity does the trick of 'pulling' vehicles uphill.
Every year, thousands of motorists visit Ladakh to witness the phenomenon of the 'Magnetic Hill' where it is said vehicles are pulled uphill automatically. Travellers park their vehicles in the white-marked box on the road to witness the phenomenon. But five students decided to visit the region with magnetometers to know what exactly was happening at the place. And the results were interesting. The students were Sanjay Lakshminarayana hailing from Bengaluru, Yashwant Singh Chauhan hailing from Ajmer Rajasthan, Vinit Soni hailing from Ajmer Rajasthan, Anil Yogi hailing from Jaipur Rajasthan and Devendra Kumar hailing from Kota Rajasthan. All 2nd year& 3rd year mechanical engineering students at' Rajasthan institute of engineering & technology jaipur, Rajasthan'.
The Magnetic Hill is located on the Leh-Kargil-Baltik National Highway, about 30 km from Leh, at a height of 14,000 feet above sea level. "The investigation using magnetometer was conducted at various different sites along the hill and we made efforts to check for scientific accuracy of the claims," said Yashwant singh, an engineering student.
He added, "If one can imagine a giant bar magnet underneath our feet and the field produced by that magnet is what we have measured at the hill. Earth's surface magnetic field varies from place to place depending upon the magnetic properties of the soil or rocks. Generally, the magnitude of the earth's magnetic field varies at the surface from 25 microtesla to about 65 microtesla. (Tesla is symbolised with a 'T' and is the SI derived unit of magnetic flux density.)
The magnetic field of the earth interacts and varies not only because of magnetic properties of the soil, but at a high altitude, this is also affected by space weather. Hence the student team conducted experiments; first to measure the magnetic intensity at the road, the Magnetic Hill itself and also at the nearby hills.
student Vinit Soni, said, "We have found relatively high magnetic intensity readings and observed from the data that it fluctuates at a relatively higher rate at other places closer to the sea level. However, the magnetic intensity produced by the refrigerator at home is about 100 T and it is not strong enough to influence any motion.
Hence, we measured the highest magnetic intensity of about 60 microtesla which is about a million times weaker than the strong magnet found in the refrigerator or likewise. Hence, it is physically impossible for the magnetic field intensity measured at the hill to produce enough force to have any accelerating effect on automobiles."
DOES MAGNETIC FIELD AFFECT AIRPLANES FLYING OVER THE MAGNETIC HILL?
Jitendar Kumar, head of physics department, Rajasthan institute of engineering & technology jaipur, Rajasthan'., told Bangalore Mirror, "The magnitude of magnetic field in upward direction is relatively fluctuating. But again, this is not strong enough. So claims such as a turbulence experienced by planes, in all likelihood, are caused by wind and air molecules which rise steeply due to the mountain terrain which causes rapid cooling and pressure variations which give rise to various weather anomalies. We were not able to find any evidence of magnetic interference with the flight instruments.
WHAT CAUSES RELATIVELY RAPID MAGNETIC FLUCTUATIONS?
"We believe the geographical location of the hill, at a high altitude of about 14,000 feet, ensures that a significantly high dosage of radiation is received. As per records, Leh receives the highest radiation for any place on Earth, hence the effects are also significant. So we can attribute the fluctuations in magnetic intensities to the geomagnetic interactions with radiation. In support of the above, we observed noticeable fluctuations of magnetic fields especially during the day, relative to the night at the same place," added Anil yogi.
WHAT IS CAUSING THE ACCELERATION OF AUTOMOBILES?
The team conducted experiments with a bike and observed that the bike reached a speed of about 22 km/h on the first attempt and 19 km/h on the second. The average reported by their own experiment was about 20 km/h. "We also observed the magnetic intensity variation along the length of the bike, we have found that it doesn't vary and remains constant. Considering a possibility that the bike can be attracted by Magnetic Hill, the magnitude of the magnetic field along the bike should vary and also there would be a noticeable difference in the magnitude of magnetic intensity in the front of the bike and the rear.
However, we didn't find anything as such. So, the magician here is the gravity. It is eighth standard physics that objects fall to the ground under the action of gravity at a constant acceleration and also the object continues to accelerate unless there is an external force opposing it. We have observed and also noted that the terminal speed attained by the automobiles irrespective of its size is about 20 km/h on an average. Hence automobiles are influenced by gravity. There is a negative gradient, though very less in magnitude, which causes the body to slide under the influence of gravity (wheels make it easier and they roll much further due to inertia). The other contributing factor to the speed of the automobile are gusts of wind which are known to reach up to 15 km/h," added Devendra kumar

SANSKRIT,RIGVEDA,ANCIENT SCIENCE AND THE ORIGIN OF UNIVERSE
Sanskrit is a beautiful language. Each word in Sanskrit tells its meaning itself. Each word has been thought carefully. Sanskrit is not a product of evolution from an earlier language. It has been designed to be what it is. When Vedic sages coded the knowledge of particle physics and cosmology, they were well aware of the possibility that one day the code may be lost due to the decline of their civilization. Therefore they chose the words very carefully to provide vital clues about the code. The word for universe in Sanskrit is "Brahmanda", which is made by joining of words "Brahma" and "Anda". Brahma is derived from root "Briha" meaning to expand and "Anda" means egg. Thus "Brahmanda" means expanding egg. Concept of the universe as an egg is found in nearly all ancient civilizations, the source of which is obviously the Rigveda. The universe is described as an egg in most post-vedic scriptures.
"Apah were indeed Salila earlier. Desire arose in it. They labored. From that heat arose. From heat golden egg was born. Golden egg was swimming in that for a year." Shatapatha Brahmana 11.1.6.1
"Whole universe including moon, sun, galaxies and planets was inside the egg. Egg was surrounded by ten qualities from outside." Vayu Purana 4.72-73
"At the end of thousand years Egg was divided in two by Vayu." Vayu Purana 24.73"From that golden egg earth and heaven were made." Manusmriti 1.13
In Matsya Purana 2.25-30 following story is told about creation. After Mahapralaya, dissolution of the universe, there was darkness everywhere. Everything was like in a state of sleep. There was nothing, either moving or unmoving. Then Svayambhu, self-being, manifested, which is the form beyond senses. He created water first and established the seed of creation into it. That seed turned into a golden egg. Then Svayambhu entered in the egg, and he is called Visnu because of entering.Birth of GodsWhat happened during the initial moments of creation? The Big Bang cosmology gives a very dramatic account of first few moments. The universe was extremely hot and it went through a very rapid expansion stage initially called inflation. The Vedic viewpoint differs from this view. The initial moments of creation are described in the following hymn from the Rigveda: Rigveda 10.72 Sage: Laukya Brihaspati or Brihaspati Angirasa or Dakshayani Aditi; Deity: Gods; Metre: Anustupa1. We speak about the birth of Gods clearly. Who says the praises, will see them in later ages. 2. Brahmanaspati created these (everything in the universe) like an artisan. In the earlier age of gods manifest was born from unmanifest. 3. In the first age of gods, manifest was born from unmanifest. Then quarters of the heaven (asha) were born, after that one whose legs are extended. 4. From the one whose legs are extended, was born Bhu, and from Bhu were born quarters of the heaven (asha). From Aditi Daksha was born, and from Daksha Aditi was born. 5. Daksha, your daughter Aditi gave birth. Gracious, immortal bonded gods were born from her. 6. When gods were sitting in this Salila firmly established, from their dance penetrating dust came up. 7. When gods pervaded whole universe, then in ocean sun was brought near. 8. Those eight sons born to Aditi, with seven she went to gods, and left Martanda away. 9. With seven sons Aditi went to earlier age. For the birth and death of people, (she) accepted Martanda again.
The Dead Egg
The last two verses tell us about Martanda, and here lies the seed of a gigantic misconception that man was created in the beginning of the universe. Martanda means dead egg. Egg is the universe itself, so dead egg means a universe that had no life. The formation of the universe was not a spontaneous process. The universe had to expand in order to exist, but forces of expansion and contraction were in a delicate balance in the beginning. The universe did not keep on expanding continuously is the Vedic viewpoint. After an initial expansion, the universe started to contract. This is the meaning of Aditi going to earlier age.

THEORY OF GOD : The Never Ending Discussion.

THEORY OF GOD : The Never Ending Discussion.

Ask most Christians to define the word "God" and most will tell you that it is the name of the Almighty Creator of the Heavens and the Earth. Some would also reply to you that this title also refers to Jesus, the one they refer to as the son of God.  Ask a Muslim,Hindu,Sikh or most any other man or woman of a different religion, and they will reply in a similar manner, except that most would exclude Jesus from the title of God.

Is this entity, the one that most people refer to as their God, the same God regardless of one's Race, color or religion?

Gad is a Syrian or Canaanite deity of good luck or fortune. In Hebrew, it is written GD, but with vowel-pointing, it is "Gad." Other Scriptural references to a similar deity, also written GD, have a vowel-pointing giving us "Gawd" or "God." Gad, or Gawd is identified with Jupiter, the Sky-deity or the Sun-deity.

In the Greek, the word God is a translation of the word "Theos" meaning Mighty One.

In Indo-Germanic dictionaries, only one word resembles "god." It is ghodh and is pronounced the same. This word means union, also sexual union or mating. According to Luneburger Wörterbuch, the following are the same word: Gott, got, gode, gade, god and guth (gud). True Believers should never use the word 'God', when referring to Yahshua, Yahweh, or El Elyon.

However, assuming the term God is strictly defined as Mighty One, or Powerful One, a substitute word for the Hebrew "Elohim," and for the Greek word "Theos,"

According to Encyclopedia Britannica, GOD is the common Teutonic word for a personal object of religious worship, applied to all the superhuman beings of the heathen mythologies, and various kinds of idols.

CONFUSED!!!!

Anyone will get confused with all such heavier and stronger definitions of god..
But what is the exact definition which can be given to the word of great significance "GOD" or correctly "THE GOD"

According to me God may be the assumption of people. It is the nature of human being to depend on someone or something to fulfill their desires. To fulfill their wishes they assume about some supernatural power which can help them to get out of their sorrows, which can help them to achieve their dreams or anything what they want and this supernatural power was given the name "GOD"
These are my views..may be someone has other views or more correctly he or she may be right in this regard..
Let me tell a story to justify my views....
I was on a trip to Golden Temple, Amritsar with my friends. The common Scene outside the religious places:  BEGGING
A small boy may be of 6-7 years come to me and ask me to give him some rupees in the name of god whose picture he was holding in his hand. It is my nature that if someone comes to me as a beggar, i prefer to give him or her some eatables instead of giving Currency. I asked the boy that i will not give him rupees but if he want to eat something then i will get something for him. But he refused and urged me to give him rupees. After sometime when he noticed that i am not going to give him rupees..in anger he threw the picture of god towards me!! I took the picture and asked the boy" Kya tumhe pta nahi bhagwan ki photo ko nahi phekte?" Boy gave no notice to my question and start begging from others.

Then something struck my mind that for that boy God is nothing, just something which helps him to earn his living.

May be that boy was true. There are a lot of people who are becoming more and more rich in the name of god. With few words of "Satsung" whose meaning they also don't know they are earning crores or millions of rupees. May be he was trying to follow them so that he can also earn something in the name of god.

I am studying in Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. During class and in my hostel i discussed this topic with many of my friends and classmates. Everyone gave me different views about the existence and non existence of god with some good or may be true facts( i will not mention them,, otherwise i will become topic of discussion among religious thekedars :p) .But the best answer was given to me by Paras Sharma my classmate that " It is the nature of human being to depend on someone or something to fulfill their desires. You may see that after 20-30 years people will start worshiping gadgets like phones, PC, laptops, robots  because they will become such an important part of human life that it would be like difficult to live without them, that is why we call the next generation the generation of gadgets.."

From these incidents i got the views about GOD.
